OTHER COMMENTS

The temperature at the time of observation was 17.8*C.  We have had high winds over the last several days.  We have also been in the midst of unseasonably warm temperatures for the last 3 days.  The river has opened!!  A massive event transpired over the last day or two.  Massive ice blocks are scattered all over the river drainage.
